Face food

Hey doll faces!

So I haven't blogged any skin or hair tips in awhile, so here it goes... I know we all sometimes get caught up in our busy schedules with work and school. But it is imperative that we take care of our skin no matter what. It's crazy how much the food we eat affects our skin. I'm not saying put down that pizza, I'm just saying pick up those almonds & a bottle of water while your at it LOL. As I was searching through Lifescript.com I found 10 foods for better skin. Hope they're helpful!

#1: Avocados- contains Niacin which is vitamin B3; soothes irritated skin and red, blotchy skin.

#2: Mangoes- antioxidant, vitamin A maintins and repairs skin cells to avoid a dry flaky complexion.

#3: Almonds- contains vitamin E, which is great for your complexion and moisturizes your skin. It also protects your skin from being damaged and premature aging.

#4: Cottage cheese- contains Selenium which is essential to protect against skin cancer and dandruff.

#5: Acerola cherries- contains vitamin C which fights skin damage and wrinkles as well as producing collagen( protein in your skin)

#6: Oysters- how ironic; I hate oysters! YUCK! But they are actually great for fighting pimples because they are rich in Zinc.

#7: Baked potatoes- contains copper helps your skin heal. And also works with vitamin C and zinc to produce elastin fibers that help support skin structure.

#8- Mushrooms- rich in riboflavin; a B vitamin that is necessary for tissue maintenance and repairing and helping improve skin blemishes.

#9 Flaxseed oil- contains Omega 3s which hydrates the skin and unclogs pores.

#10: Wheat Germ- great source of biotin; a B vitamin that reduces itchiness and scaly skin. Biotin also helps your hair and nails grow.

Immortal Gold

Hey lovers!! I haven't blogged in a little while! I've been so busy! But I had to come on here and share with you this amazing nail polish that I am obsessed with: MAC- Immortal Gold. I love the finish and texture that it leaves on my nails. I've tried so many different gold nail polishes from OPI to Chine Glaze and I just never  fall in LOVE  with it because it doesn't end up the exact shade im looking for. & this one is so perfect that it almost looks minx. Gold nail polish is a major trend for the Fall. Try it out ladies & let me know how you like it.
